When I worked at Fisher-Price we just shrugged our shoulders at all the blantent rip offs of our products. It\'s par for the course and product life is so short these days that it would be dead and buried before you got to court. My Grandfather had a patent for several years, but there wasn\'t a whole lot you could do even if someone did infringe on it.
